Type "internet" into the search box and then click "Internet Options." Click "Content," then "Enable." Select the "Approved Sites" tab and enter the URL of the permitted website into the "Allow This Website" field. Click "Always." Select the "General" tab. Deselect "Users Can See Websites That Have No Rating." Select "Supervisor Can Type a Password to Allow Users to View Restricted Content," if preferred. Click "Create Password" and follow the onscreen instructions to create a supervisor password. Click "Rating Systems..." and then click "Add." Double-click "noaccess.rat" to add the rating system. Click "OK" to close each window and block all other websites from being accessed.

I have removed the old rating from the list

Click “OK” to close each window and block all other websites from being accessed.

Now you are all set only allowed website will open and all other websites are blocked
