First you need to open a notepad

The script is below :

echo off
net use E: 10.10.10.10nasshare

—————-

the script denotes :

“ 10.10.10.10nasshare “ — NAS you would like to MAP

“ E: “ – Drive Letter  for the NAS Share to Appear as .

Now You need to save the file as .bat extension as below

Paste the above created batch script at the Start Up location of Windows , so everytime the user logs in , the batch script is run and the NAS Share appears up at the “ My Computer “.Below would be the start up location of 2k8/win 7  box:

“ %ALLUSERSPROFILE%MicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartUp “

 

Note : Once you have tested it – you can remove the pause command from the batch script by right clicking the batch file and click edit and remove pause command and save it.
