Earlier this month, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy J3 (2018) and Galaxy J7 (2018) mid-range smarphones. Now, the former has arrived on T-Mobile, but with a different name: Galaxy J3 Star. The device supports Band 71, which lets users access the carrier’s 600 MHz network that ensures longer range of towers with stronger indoor signals.

Other than that the specifications remain the same: 5-inch HD display, quad-core 1.4 GHz processor (likely on an Exynos 7570 SoC), 8MP/5MP camera configuration, 2,600mAh battery, and Android Oreo. The device carries a price tag of $175.
